🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Activity Professional Certification required; 3 years experience may substitute
- 2 years in social/recreational or educational program; 1 year in healthcare/mental health with frail elderly
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification on hire preferred
