- Conduct assessments to identify social and therapeutic needs and goals
- Develop a comprehensive Engagement Program with activities and outings
- Implement and supervise all Engagement Program activities; ensure safety
- Develop and post a monthly calendar of the Engagement schedule
- Cultivate relationships with outside organizations to support the program
- Compensation: $25.61-$30.73 USD per hour
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Activity Professional Certification required; 3 years relevant experience may substitute
- Two years in social recreation or education programs; 1 year in health care/mental health with frail elderly
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; preferred at hire
