Conduct assessments to identify social/therapeutic needs; participate in IDT meetings.
Develop an Engagement Program with activities and outings.
Implement and supervise all activities; ensure enjoyment, appropriateness, safety.
Create and post a monthly calendar of engagements.
Cultivate relationships with outside organizations and resources for support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Activity Professional Certification required; 3 years related experience may substitute.
2 years in related programs; 1 year full-time with frail elderly in healthcare.
CPR and First Aid certification required within 180 days of hire; maintained thereafter.
