Develop and maintain SOPs for all vendor review workflows.
Partner with Regulatory Operations to embed new features into Safeguards reporting.
Oversee enforcement dashboards and timely data to regulators.

🎯 Requirements

Have 5+ years in trust and safety operations or related field.
Managed external vendor or contractor relationships.
Experience working across policy, legal, and operations teams.
Experience building or improving operational reporting dashboards.
Highly organized with rigorous SOPs in fast-moving environments.
Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
