📋 Description

• Build and improve tools to participate in Voltus market products, scaling energy storage.
• Translate program rules into technical requirements.
• Develop analytical tools for operations and customer needs with Partnerships team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product to improve portfolio margins and performance.
• Support GTM by translating market dynamics into actionable insights for storage solutions.
• Contribute to roadmap; define what Energy Markets can self-serve versus hand off.
• Generate ideas to deliver better energy and more cash to customers.

• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Driven to succeed and self-initiated.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-throughput environments.
• Python and SQL programming; strong Excel; data architecture experience.
• Interest in energy/climate space.
• 1-2 years in demand-side energy (preferred).
• 3-4 years of work experience.
