Understand DR and DERs in Voltus markets and translate to messaging for sales/regulatory advocacy
Communicate across teams about complex processes
Become expert in Voltus data architecture and how to scale market operations
Develop analytical tools to support customer-facing needs of Sales and Marketing
Define processes to support daily tasks and market activities, including monthly commitments
Manage programs including forecasting, registrations, invoicing, settlements, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years working experience
1-2 years in the demand-side energy industry (preferred)
Interest in energy and climate space
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to project manage weeks-long cross-team processes
Strong Excel and Python programming background
