Energy Market Development, Utility & Energy Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Build and execute CoreWeave's U.S. utility engagement strategy.
• Manage day-to-day utility coordination and power access execution.
• Serve as primary contact with electric utilities for procurement and interconnection.
• Track timelines, requirements, and risks for power delivery across sites.
• Negotiate Electric Service Agreements (ESAs) and standardize terms.
• Collaborate with data center development, engineering, legal, and policy teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years experience in utilities, energy infrastructure, or large-scale power.
• Working knowledge of utility service, transmission/distribution, and interconnection.
• Experience interacting with utilities in professional or commercial capacity.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple utility engagements.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Preferred: experience with data centers or hyperscalers.
