🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in electric utilities, energy infra, grid planning, or large-scale procurement.
- Deep understanding of utility operations, transmission, distribution, and interconnections.
- Proven track record building senior utility relationships.
- Strong commercial instincts; experience negotiating infrastructure-heavy agreements.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth environments with execution pressure.
- Preferred: data centers, hyperscalers, or ISO/RTO market experience.
