🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in energy efficiency programs or related market-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
• Ability to analyze program data and prioritize outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CRM proficiency and office productivity tools.
