📋 Description

• Prepare, facilitate, and document client meetings/workshops.
• Conduct structured research and analysis to inform decisions.
• Develop procedures, controls, and user requirements; identify gaps.
• Create BRDs and translate them into use cases and functional specs.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, and document architectures and rules.
• Model business processes and data; produce high-quality deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Energy retail domain experience (CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, C&I/Mass Market).
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Finance/Economics/Business; advanced degree desirable.
• Strong BA skills: interviewing executives, requirements gathering, process mapping.
• Excellent proposal development, presentations, and project planning.
• Management consulting experience preferred.
