Energy & Climate Policy Engagement Lead

📋 Description

• Lead regulatory engagement with PJM, MISO, and ERCOT.
• Analyze market rules, interconnection, and grid reliability.
• Engage with state PUCs and regulators on tariffs and grid expansion.
• Represent CoreWeave in RTO/ISO stakeholder forums.
• Monitor regulatory and market developments in the U.S. and Europe.
• Develop policy positions and strategic recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in energy policy or utility regulation.
• Direct experience with PJM, MISO, ERCOT or state PUCs.
• Strong analytical skills for market rules and orders.
• Experience drafting regulatory filings and policy memos.
• Excellent written and verbal comms for regulator audiences.
• Knowledge: electricity market design and RTO/ISO engagement.
• Cross-jurisdictional coordination (U.S. & Europe).
