Senior AI Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and deliver AI-powered advisors, assistants, and analytic agents.
• Build production-grade Python services powering AI apps and backend services.
• Apply and fine-tune foundation models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) for contextual AI.
• Architect agentic AI systems coordinating reasoning, planning, and tool use.
• Design and evolve RAG pipelines and knowledge-grounded approaches.
• Develop prompting strategies and interaction patterns for reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in applied AI, data science, or ML with hands-on generative AI.
• Strong Python expertise for production data/AI services.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Deep prompt engineering skills for complex, multi-step tasks.
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts: multi-agent coordination and planning.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector search.
