  • Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned territory via an integrated plan.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Encaleret's clinical data.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials.
  • Collaborate with MS Liaisons, Patient Access, HUB, and other teams.
  • Develop and execute a dynamic territory business plan.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and guidelines.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8-10 years pharma sales experience.
  • 4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology.
  • Rare disease experience highly preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Product/indication launch experience.
  • Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills.
