  • Attending end user technical calls via IT ticketing portal

🎯 Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows Certification
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Basic networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN
  • Solve basic end-user calls on Windows and Office 365 issues
  • Troubleshoot wired/wireless network issues
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
