📋 Description

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps
  • Support Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
  • Manage Entra ID/Azure AD accounts, licensing, and groups
  • Provision endpoints with Microsoft Intune, including enrollment and Autopilot
  • Support remote users in a zero-trust environment; MFA and Conditional Access
  • Document solutions and update internal knowledge bases

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in IT support or end-user computing roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud-based user administration
  • Experience supporting devices managed by Microsoft Intune
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, and connectivity issues
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces
