🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in encounter data submissions and resolution; 5+ years as healthcare claims supervisor may substitute
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
