📋 Description

• Own product enablement and adoption initiatives across the EverTrue portfolio.
• Design and deliver scalable train-the-trainer program for CS, Sales, and Support.
• Create and maintain adoption-focused enablement content and resources.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and CS to co-host customer webinars.
• Deliver multi-channel enablement experiences: live, on-demand, in-app, video.
• Manage the enablement roadmap and content lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering training and enablement content in a B2B SaaS.
• Collaborative educator turning complex concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Loves learning new technologies and teaching others to use them.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing training for internal and external audiences.
