  • Build and run enablement for Account Executives and BDRs to win new logos faster.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to develop skills, frameworks, and coaching rhythm.
  • Ensure sellers are ready to prospect, discover, and articulate value by Day 91.
  • Lead Academy onboarding to get reps productive before Day 91.
  • Coach sessions on outbound prospecting, discovery, and deal progression.
  • Review recorded calls with Gong/Chorus to identify gaps and provide feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in enablement and/or new business sales with outbound focus.
  • Proven ability to coach Account Executives and BDRs on prospecting, discovery, and progression.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills; review calls via Gong or Chorus.
  • Ability to map buying committees and partner on deal strategy.
  • Experience building enablement assets like playbooks, messaging, and objection handling.
  • Hands-on onboarding and ramp experience driving time-to-productivity.
