Enablement Project Manager, Professional Services

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end projects from discovery to rollout with milestones.
• Translate complex asks into clear problem statements and success criteria.
• Lead enablement packages: training, quick guides, checklists, and resources.
• Partner with delivery and leadership to close skill gaps and reduce rework.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
• Pull data from multiple sources to answer operational questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in project/program management with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to improve processes, tooling, or enablement.
• Comfort operating in high-change environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and written communication.
• Familiarity with CRM, project tracking, and dashboards (Salesforce/Smartsheet/Sigma/Power BI).
• Consultative and curious - ask sharp questions and align solutions to business needs.
