Enablement Manager, Revenue

📋 Description

• Develop and execute enablement programs to drive high performance across client-facing teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand audiences, identify training needs, gaps in skills, and areas for improvement across global teams.
• Create and maintain training programs, resources, and documentation to support onboarding and continuous learning.
• Develop and lead e-learning or live training for new hires and monitor onboarding.
• Implement and manage tools that enable team success (enablement platforms, training tools).
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in enablement, training, or related field.
• 2+ years with enablement audience (Sales/Support/Onboarding/CS).
• Proven track record designing and implementing enablement programs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams: Ops, Product, Sales, Marketing, CS.
• Familiar with sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Highspot, Gong).
• Strong instructional design and adult-learning fundamentals.
• Data-driven with metrics to adjust programs.
