📋 Description

  • Enable go-to-market teams to position, sell, and deploy AI Agent product with confidence and consistency.
  • Translate complex AI Agent capabilities into clear value, use cases, and repeatable sales motions for large enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to build enablement programs for sellers to understand AI Agents and their impact.
  • Empower Enterprise and Strategic account teams selling into the world’s largest contact centers and customer experience organizations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product, Consulting, Sales, Solution Engineering, or related role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and enabling quota-carrying teams.
  • Comfort working with technically complex products, ideally involving AI, ML, automation, or data-driven platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate sophisticated product capabilities into simple, compelling customer value.
  • Experience with enablement tools and conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong).
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
