- Strong understanding of partner models (co-sell, sell-through) and enablement's impact.
- Effective communication to senior stakeholders and partner leaders; comfortable with trainings/workshops.
- Autonomous, async work style in a fully remote environment with alignment to shared goals.
- Familiar with measuring enablement impact: activation, time-to-revenue, pipeline.
