  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (Highspot, Salesloft, Gong), LMS, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and Bloomโ€™s Taxonomy.
  • Self-starter; able to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate.
