- Advise People team on multi-jurisdiction employment issues (hiring, terminations, leaves).
- Draft and review employment agreements (offers, letters, separations).
- Support litigation, pre-litigation and regulatory matters with Senior Counsel.
- Assist in fact finding, discovery, legal research, and negotiations.
- Provide risk assessments and develop litigation strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Develop templates, policies and procedures to promote compliance.
๐ฏ Requirements
- J.D. and U.S. bar admission; NY preferred.
- 5+ years of US employment law and/or litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of US federal, state and local employment laws.
- Comfort working internationally; experience outside US (Ireland/Portugal) a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.
