🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer with Australian practicing certificate.
6–8+ years PQE in employment law and privacy.
Deep Australian employment law experience; APAC exposure desirable.
Proven ability to handle complex employee relations matters with sound judgement.
Private practice or in-house experience at a leading firm.
Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
Ability to work independently across jurisdictions and time zones.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
