Employment Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide clear, pragmatic advice on employment law matters, incl. ACAS and Tribunal claims.
• Draft and review contracts, policies and handbooks.
• Manage and advise on employment litigation with external counsel as needed.
• Lead employment law projects with timely, business-focused advice.
• Provide training on employment law and internal policies.
• Support cross-border expansion across Europe with cross-team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience in UK/Europe employment law.
• Strong knowledge of TUPE, Employment Tribunal procedures, UK/EMEA law, and IR35.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills across teams and geographies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Pragmatic mindset and interest in the e-money/payments industry.
• Highest ethics and professional integrity.
