๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead investigations into workplace misconduct and prepare findings.
  • Manage labour arbitration and employment litigation in Mainland China; coordinate HK disputes.
  • Provide day-to-day employment advice to HR and leaders on hiring, performance, discipline, terminations.
  • Draft, review, and update employment policies, handbooks, and contracts for PRC/HK.
  • Coordinate with external employment law firms on complex, high-risk matters.
  • Deliver employment law training to HR and managers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 9 to 14 years of employment or labour law experience in PRC and HK.
  • Admitted to practice in PRC and/or HK (PRC qualification and/or HK bar/solicitor).
  • Led workplace investigations and managed labour arbitration or litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of PRC Labour Contract Law, Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, and HK Employment Ordinance.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to draft documents in both languages.
  • In-house experience in tech/fintech/payments is preferred; experience with restructurings across China/HK is a plus.
