Draft and update company-wide employment policies and notices.
Collaborate with HR/Payroll/People Ops to implement compliant policies.
Monitor US and international employment law changes in key retail markets.
Draft and implement international policies and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from a top law school.
Active CA bar membership.
3-5+ years in employment law at top firm or company.
Strong knowledge of US federal wage/hour laws, esp. CA.
Practical, business-minded guidance in a fast-paced setting.
Experience supporting international workforce; retail/hospitality preferred.
