- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar
- Substantial employment-law experience with both law firm and in-house
- Ability to provide clear, practical guidance to non-lawyers on complex matters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple matters
- Sound judgment, integrity, and collaborative, solutions oriented
