π― Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school; active bar in at least one U.S. state (CA/NY preferred)
- At least 8 years practicing employment law with global firm and in-house
- Humility, thoughtfulness, and high integrity
- Strategic, flexible, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills for non-lawyers
- Curiosity, openness, and willingness to change your mind
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume, ambiguous environment
