๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
  • Build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders and HR leaders
  • Conduct cold outreach and educational meetings to raise awareness
  • In-person field outreach 3-4 days/week; lead meetings with employer partners
  • Identify barriers to mental health access in corporate environments; collaborate with EAPs
  • Design outreach strategies to engage HR teams and employee resource groups

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Must reside in Texas
  • You have 5-8+ years proven sales experience - owning KPIs is a plus
  • Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; self-initiated with a strong desire to win
  • Ability to build relationships and educate with Labor, Union, and Employer leaders
  • Travel regionally; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Energetic, able to advocate and persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Ability to energize and influence senior corporate and organizational leaders
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred
