  • Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders.
  • Conduct cold outreach; host educational meetings to raise awareness.
  • Conduct in-person field outreach 3-4 days/week with employer partners.
  • Identify barriers to care and collaborate with EAP providers.
  • Design tailored outreach for HR teams and employee resource groups.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must reside in Florida or Georgia.
  • 5-8+ years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus.
  • Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup; highly self-initiated and driven.
  • Ability to travel regionally; valid driver's license.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
