  • Must reside in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho
  • 5-8+ years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
  • Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup; self-initiated and results-driven
  • Travel regionally with reliable transport and valid driver's license
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with partners
