- 5-8+ years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
- Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
- Thrives in fast-paced startup; self-initiated and results-driven
- Travel regionally with reliable transport and valid driver's license
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with partners
