  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
  • Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR, and benefits managers
  • Conduct outreach and educational meetings to raise awareness of Charlie Health resources
  • Lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer partners
  • Identify access barriers in corporate settings and work with EAPs to resolve
  • Design tailored outreach for HR teams, wellbeing programs, and employee resource groups

🎯 Requirements

  • Must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
  • 5–8+ years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus
  • Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup; highly self-initiated and results-driven
  • Ability to travel regionally; valid driver's license
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred
