📋 Description

  • Develop go-to-market strategy with Labor, Union, and Employer partners
  • Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders
  • Conduct outreach to raise awareness of Charlie Health’s resources
  • Travel regionally and lead meetings with employer-based stakeholders (3–4 days/week)
  • Educate stakeholders about services and reduce access barriers
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to reach go-to-market goals

🎯 Requirements

  • Must reside in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Upstate New York
  • 5-8+ years proven sales experience (KPIs a plus)
  • Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup; highly self-initiated
  • Travel regionally; valid driver’s license
  • Strong ability to energize and influence senior corporate leaders
