Employer Partnerships Manager, North TX

📋 Description

• Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners
• Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders and HR leaders
• Conduct cold outreach and educational meetings to raise awareness
• Lead in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer partners
• Identify challenges in mental health access and collaborate with EAPs
• Design tailored outreach strategies for HR teams and employee resource groups

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in North Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico
• 5-8+ years proven sales experience
• Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; self-initiated with drive
• Travel regionally with reliable transportation and valid license
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom
