  • Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
  • Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
  • Conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings, and outreach activities to raise awareness.
  • Conduct in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer stakeholders.
  • Identify barriers to mental health access and collaborate with EAP providers.
  • Design tailored outreach for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and ERGs; collaborate cross-functionally.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must reside in Northern California.
  • 5–8+ years proven sales experience; owning KPIs a plus.
  • Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup; highly self-initiated with a strong desire to win.
  • Travel regionally; valid driver's license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000–$93,000 per year; target total cash: $92,000–$120,000.
