- Conduct in-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer stakeholders.
- Identify barriers to mental health access and collaborate with EAP providers.
- Design tailored outreach for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and ERGs; collaborate cross-functionally.
🎯 Requirements
- Must reside in Northern California.
- 5–8+ years proven sales experience; owning KPIs a plus.
- Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup; highly self-initiated with a strong desire to win.
- Travel regionally; valid driver's license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000–$93,000 per year; target total cash: $92,000–$120,000.
