🎯 Requirements
- Must reside in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado
- 5-8+ years proven sales experience with KPI focus
- Experience with unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Thrives in fast-paced startup; self-initiated with a strong desire to win
- Ability to engage Labor/Union/Employer leaders and partners
- Ability to travel regionally; valid driver’s license
