Educate stakeholders about our offerings and address access barriers.
Design programs tailored to the mental health needs of employee populations.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve go-to-market in the Employer channel.

🎯 Requirements

Must reside in PA, MD, DE, Southern NJ, WV
5-8+ years sales experience with KPI ownership
Experience with unions, employers, EAPs
Thrive in fast-paced startup; self-initiated and competitive
Travel regionally; valid driver’s license
MS Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred
