  • Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor/Union/Employer partners
  • Build relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders and HR leaders
  • Conduct cold outreach and educational meetings to raise awareness
  • In-person field outreach 3–4 days/week with employer partners
  • Identify barriers to mental health access; collaborate with EAP providers
  • Design tailored outreach for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and ERGs

🎯 Requirements

  • Must reside in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa
  • 5-8+ years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
  • Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs
  • Thrive in fast-paced startup; self-initiated with a drive
  • Travel regionally; valid driver's license
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred

🎁 Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits for all full-time employees
  • Base salary: $70,000-$93,000 per year
  • Target total cash: $92,000-$120,000 per year
  • Pay determined by location, experience, equity, and other factors
  • May include stock options and other Charlie Health benefits
