- Experience with unions, employers, and EAPs
- Thrive in fast-paced startup; self-initiated with a drive
- Travel regionally; valid driver's license
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom preferred

- Base salary: $70,000-$93,000 per year
- Target total cash: $92,000-$120,000 per year
- Pay determined by location, experience, equity, and other factors
