📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of employer partners via proactive outreach.
• Identify industries and employers aligned with second-chance hiring.
• Engage employers and liaise between employers and the ABM program; represent at events.
• Collaborate with Career Coaches to place clients and support readiness.
• Track employer interactions and placements in ETO; analyze data to improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years in business development, workforce development, staffing, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders with cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn ETO/Social Solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
