📋 Description

• Lead employer brand events and partnerships in EMEA
• Manage a calendar of in-person and virtual events
• Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, DEI, HR, and Leadership
• Deliver engaging event experiences to attract talent and pipelines
• Establish relationships with internal and external partners
• Track ROI and report event performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years events marketing experience (recruitment events a plus)
• Proven track record of results and creative problem solving
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with regional/global stakeholders
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Recruitment and DEI to build pipelines
• Passion for DEI and reaching diverse communities
• Data-driven with ROI analysis and stakeholder management
