Assess stay and exit interview strategies; provide data-driven recommendations.
Design, develop, and implement HR operational improvements with the ES team.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, including pre-boarding and feedback.
Analyze and consolidate employee resources for the company wiki.
Support quarterly employee engagement survey initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

A rising Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organization skills (email, task management, follow-up)
Self-motivated; able to work collaboratively and independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
