  • Provide essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees
  • Ensure onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Manage high-volume onboarding, retention, and experience reporting workflows
  • Serve as a welcoming resource for field employees; triage needs and resolve inquiries per The BAYADA Way
  • Lead and support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Support hiring/onboarding activities, including orientations, interviews, events, and post-hire processes

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; demonstrated record of increased responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic PC proficiency; EMR and HR systems experience a plus
