- Support hiring/onboarding activities, including orientations, interviews, events, and post-hire processes
๐ฏ Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; demonstrated record of increased responsibility
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic PC proficiency; EMR and HR systems experience a plus
