  • Provide essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees
  • Ensure onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed accurately
  • Manage high-volume administrative and reporting workflows related to onboarding, retention, and experience
  • Serve as a welcoming, service-oriented resource for field employees by triaging needs and resolving inquiries
  • Lead and support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Support hiring and onboarding activities, including orientations, interviews, recruiting events, walk-in candidates as well as post-hire processes

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic PC and computer proficiency; EMR and HR systems experience a plus
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
