- Proven ER/Labor Law experience in HR
- Local labor law knowledge; international experience a plus
- Confident handling of high-impact employee cases
- Strong judgment, empathy, and calm under pressure
- Clear, pragmatic communicator who can influence
- High integrity, discretion, and solution-oriented
- Fluency in German and English
