๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Consult on complex ER issues (performance, conflicts, policy violations)
  • Recommend actions for performance concerns to People Managers (CAPs)
  • Partner with ER Manager and Legal on investigations (discrimination/harassment)
  • Use ER case management system to document and track investigations
  • Identify ER gaps and suggest process improvements; track metrics
  • Deliver ER training for People Managers on ER topics

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3 years in employee relations, HRBP, or labor/employment law
  • Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Deep understanding of US employment law, EEO regulations, Title VII, ADA, FMLA
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
