- Identify ER gaps and suggest process improvements; track metrics
- Deliver ER training for People Managers on ER topics
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years in employee relations, HRBP, or labor/employment law
- Highly skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
- Deep understanding of US employment law, EEO regulations, Title VII, ADA, FMLA
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
