- 3+ years direct ER ownership in standalone HR.
- Experience conducting investigations into workplace concerns.
- Skilled in discipline, performance mgmt, and corrective action.
- Ability to gather facts, interview staff, and deliver defensible recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication; policy consistency.
- Proficient with MS Office and HR tracking/reporting tools.
- Willing to travel to Miami and future offices.
