  • Primary onsite ER owner for the TCC org, from intake to resolution.
  • Independently manage ER matters for TCC leaders (performance, conduct, attendance).
  • Move ER matters forward decisively; coach leaders through tough situations.
  • Approximately 75% ER execution at outset; maintain policy integrity and risk awareness.
  • Onsite in Minnesota; part of centralized People & Culture team.
  • Full-time onsite role with occasional travel to Miami and future offices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years direct ER ownership in standalone HR.
  • Experience conducting investigations into workplace concerns.
  • Skilled in discipline, performance mgmt, and corrective action.
  • Ability to gather facts, interview staff, and deliver defensible recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; policy consistency.
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR tracking/reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel to Miami and future offices.
