🎯 Requirements
- Experience managing high-volume ER caseloads (litigation, tribunals, grievances).
- Detailed understanding of employment law and ER best practice.
- Confident advising and resolving conflicts with stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships with multiple levels of seniority.
- Highly organised, able to multitask with changing priorities.
- Experience with tribunal claims and early conciliation; working with Legal.
