  • Act as a trusted advisor on ER topics, investigations, and policy interpretation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in employee relations, HR, or employment law in global orgs.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex ER across the Americas; strong U.S. employment law knowledge; LATAM a plus.
  • Experience advising and coaching leaders on sensitive people matters.
  • Strong judgment; pragmatic, business-minded ER approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High integrity and discretion with confidential matters.
