Employee Relations Partner, Americas

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor on ER topics, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Own and manage ER cases across the Americas with local compliance.
• Educate and support line managers to lead with confidence on performance, conduct, and culture issues.
• Partner with Legal to manage employment risk and support litigation or pre-litigation matters.
• Monitor evolving employment legislation across U.S., Canada, and LATAM; update policies.
• Analyze ER trends to improve the employee experience and inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in employee relations, HR, or employment law in global orgs.
• Proven ability to navigate complex ER across the Americas; strong U.S. employment law knowledge; LATAM a plus.
• Experience advising and coaching leaders on sensitive people matters.
• Strong judgment; pragmatic, business-minded ER approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential matters.
