- Proven ability to navigate complex ER across the Americas; strong U.S. employment law knowledge; LATAM a plus.
- Experience advising and coaching leaders on sensitive people matters.
- Strong judgment; pragmatic, business-minded ER approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High integrity and discretion with confidential matters.
